The SPM’95 software allows you to:
- Use your data sets (images, covariates, etc.,) to test a
hypothesis about differences at the voxel level.
- Specify an explanatory linear equation (columns
of the design matrix) which included terms for
all reasonable factors and confounds.
- You specify how your individual scans contribute
to this linear equation with a design matrix (row
elements of the design matrix).
- You pose a hypothesis on the relation of the
parameters fit to the explanatory linear equation
by your scan data (specify a contrast).
- Use your image data to examine global
relationships (temporal or spatial) among areas
of the brain.
- SPM’96 is being readied for release
