- Specify how the ith scan contributes to each factor (bK)
in the linear model with the elements (gKi) of the design
matrix.
- Specify your null hypothesis with a contrast (ci).
- Ho: c1b1 - c2b2 = 0 or Ho: c1b1 - c2b2 > 0,
etc.
