Patient 1 (slide 1/3)
History: 60 year old male with small cell lung primary lung carcinoma.
Impression: Abnormal whole body 18-FDG metabolic image with multifocal accumulation of FDG in thorax and upper abdomen consistent with disseminated malignant disease to the bone, liver, adrenals and mediastinal lymph nodes.
Normal uptake by the heart.
