Patient 9B - 2nd PET scan

History: 67 year old male with history of recurrent head and neck carcinoma. PET FDG done to rule out recurrence.

Impression: Abnormal 18-FDG scan with findings suggestive of recurrence or residual disease in the oral cavity, rt. upper lung lesion.
