Patient 8B - 2nd PET scan

History: 62 year old male with dysphasia, questionable lesion in the pharyngeal wall.

Impression: Positive 18-FDG study demonstrating the primary lesion in the posterior wall of pharynx with suggestion of nodal metastasis in left jugulo-digastric region.
