History: 52 year old female with left lung mass and left adrenal mass seen on CT scan. Evaluate extent of presumed primary lung disease.

Impression: Positive 18-FDG whole body scan consistent with primary lung carcinoma in the left hilar area, with metastatic involvement of adrenal glands bilaterally.
