History: 56 year old male s/p resection of Hurthle Cell thyroid carcinoma. F/u scan approximately one year post-resection.

Impression: Negative 18-FDG whole body scan for presence of recurrent or metastatic disease.

Normal FDG uptake by heart and excretion by kidneys into bladder.
