Patient 3

History: 74 year old male s/p resection of squamous cell carcinoma of right tonsil currently presenting with 3 cm retromandibular mass on the left side. Rule out recurrence.

Impression: Positive regional metabolic imaging with 18-FDG scan consistent with lymph node metastasis in left mandibular region.

Normal uptake of FDG by the brain.
