- Changing the order of scans in the input matrix will
result in a corresponding reordering of temporal modes,
but singular values and eigenimages will be unaffected.
- The magnitude of a resulting eigenimage voxel/temporal
mode can (and usually is) altered by the pattern of
activity in other voxels of the input data set, even if
they may be considered “uninteresting” in light
of your hypothesis.
