Eigenimages Interpretation
- Select singular values from S (Sm) representing
eigenimage(s) having the largest contributions and which
therefore account for the most voxel covariance over
time.
- Examine mth column of T and mth row of ET for the
temporal and spatial modes associated with Sm;
SPM’95 will show you:
- spatial loadings (+ or - voxels loadings in
eigenimages from the mth row of ET)
- temporal loadings (+ or - weightings of the
eigenimage across scans from the mth column of T)
- singular value weight (always >= 0)
