Positron range
A few positron emitting isotopes, their average positron
energies, and the average resolution degradation resulting from
the finite positron range.
- 18F; 0.64[MeV], 0.22[mm]
- 11C; 0.96[MeV], 0.28[mm]
- 68Ga; 1.90[MeV], 1.35[mm]
- 82Rb; 3.35[MeV], 2.60[mm]
- (several meters in air for all)
